Our goal at Hartwood Ministries is to invest in the lives of pastors and other church leaders so that they may become stronger and more effective in taking their churches and ministries to the next level, as directed by God through His Holy Spirit. In addition to the services provided through the other components of the organization, some of our consultative services include:


        Equipping leadership teams to develop and implement ministry

        Working with your teams to develop, write, and publish policy manuals, procedure manuals, ministry directories, and position descriptions

        Equipping your ministry leadership for ownership of their respective ministries

        Coaching leadership teams to help them get ministries on track and to stay on course

        Assisting leadership as the church engages in visioning, planning, and mapping for the future.
